Chocolate

                   Chocolates has always been my favorite dessert/snack back when i was a child until now. I don't know what chocolates have that makes me wanna crave for it. After reading our instructor's post about  the new blog theme, i was excited to hear the song about chocolates (Well, maybe it's about chocolates. I can't tell because the language is, i think Spanish)..hehe..

                    The song was sung by Jesse and Joy, great artist i think. i love the "wo-a-wo-oh-oh" part, it's like a line from the song Shake up Christmas by Train. :).. The song was good although it's in Spanish language, i like the tone and the instrument's music. Also, the music video was cool!. It's like clamation video. makes me inspired as a D.I.A student to do something like this in the future. two thumbs up for the director and the artist's who helped do the video and song.

TO BE WITH YOU

                 Wow, what a soothing and relaxing song. Brings back lots of memories, most especially the painful ones..:'( hehe.. First, the voice of the singer is definitely some what similar to the voice of the vocalist of the band Paramore, makes me think about the twilight movies. Hehe..XD..(so gay, no hard feelings twilight fans.)

                     Like i said, this song for me, brings back lots of painful memories. While hearing the song, i got to remember my ex girlfriend. The song makes me remember those times when i was truly madly deeply in love with her, how i wish to be with her all the time, even though where in a long distance relationship. Time passed and so like her feelings for me and leave me nothing but regrets and pain. Well, so much with my personal life this song also makes me strong to carry on and live my life to the fullest, this also gives me hope to find the right girl who i really want to be with for the rest of my life!..BOOM!..haha..

INSPIRATION

                      "What is inspiration?", when i asked this question to my girlfriend, she just answered "you, you're my inspiration". Well, it was quite cheezy and korny but sweet.(so much win!!)XD
                

                           Based from her answer, i can tell that inspiration is someone who can help/make you a better  and useful person. An inspiration can be a person, a pet,a thing, an idea or even a tragic experience in your life that can make you realize and motivate you to change for your good and in others. Also, it is important that you must also be an inspiration to others, be a good role model and example. 

                   Being an inspiration for others is truly making good art.:)

                

Ship Wreck

                         After i saw this picture, the first thing that got into my mind is the movie titanic, and i said to myself "maybe, its just another shipwreck because of an ice berg". Ha ha, I've also thought about the famous BLACK PEARL ship in the pirates of the carribean. Well, imagination has no limit. :)
                    Seeing this picture makes me also think that it must have been in a tragic accident and got stock in a weird place like in the movie Gulliever's travel, wherein after several months of rebuilding the wrecked ship the people who survived the accident are ready to sail again to  search for their way back home.
                    

Rabbits

Honestly, i have no idea, what the movie was all about so i browsed the internet to further my understanding about the video. http://www.objectif-cinema.com states that the movie may superficially be mimicking the sitcom genre but themes of alienation and connection are the nucleus of this intriguing representation of metaphysics. And still i don't understand. ha ha.

Shit, it was so weird and frightening. At first i was afraid that something might surprise me and will take the crap out of me, but it was quite entertaining, especially when i heard the laughing audience. The laughing background was the only thing that made me calm and be open minded in watching the video. After watching the full video i was relieved and still thinking if what was that really all about. Maybe, that's the trick making a video that will make the audience think after watching it. Good movie! :) 

TOE - Goodbye

While watching and hearing the song Goodbye by TOE, i got to remember my senior year in high school, maybe because of the soothing music. Saying Goodbye to your friends or love one is truly heartbreaking. Oh i hate goodbyes'! :).

Now back to the music video, at first, i thought it's just another crappy music from japan, but i was wrong it was devilishly AWESOME. It made me repeat the video, although i didn't actually understand the lyrics.The only thing that matters to me in this music video is the tune of the instruments. Hope that i'll be able to listen to TOE's other songs.    

Yummy!

                     Obviously, This picture is a sepia-toned image. It uses only three colors such as white, brown and black.

              

 
When i first saw this image, i felt disgusted and terrified because i'm not comfortable looking at a mutilated body part. On the other hand, it could be interpreted to be an illustration of white chocolate addiction. The severed hand oozes with white sticky form signifying blood with white chocolate content hehe.

Another interpretation is that, these severed hand needs GLUE to be reattached to its limb.

PASSION

                     What is passion? for me, passion is something we truly desire, whether it is passion for love, cooking, music or playing DOTA. It is defined as a strong or extravagant fondness enthusiasm or desire for anything. It is also an outburst of strong emotion or feeling.

                   Since i was a kid, drawing has always been my passion. anime during childhood like DragonBall Z, Beyblade, Slum Dunk, Inuyasha and some comic books like Marvel's X-Men, Spider-man, D.C's Batman, and Justice league inspired me to be a successful animator someday. As a kid, it was so magical for me to think how the drawings on T.V moves, this dream of becoming an animator inspired me to study in Ateneo de Naga University, the only university in Bicol that offers an animation course. 

                    I hope to pass all my Major and Minor subjects so i can fulfill my dreams and do my own anime/cartoon series, so i can inspire many people especially kids. :)
